It just occurred to me that I've been setting about my bulk for almost two weeks now and I never created one of these posts. Time to remedy that!

I've just converted to All Pro's for my lifting routine and I'm really enjoying it so far. The plan is to lift 3x/week and to box at least once a week. I know it'll make bulking a little harder, but heavy bags are just so satisfying I don't want to give it up entirely. No plans for any other cardio, though, unless this bulk goes on a lot longer than I expect it to and the weather turns nice enough to bike to work.

I currently intend to bulk until I reach 150 or all of my work pants are too snug. If half my gain is LBM I'll be very happy, and I'm looking forward to some lift gains too.

Stats:
Weight: 136.4
Bulking Calories: ~2200 for the past two weeks has kept me at the same weight, so I'm going to bump it up another 200.
Bust: 32
Chest: 28.5
Waist: 27
Hips: 35
Biceps (R/L): 10.5/11
Thigh (R): 22

Lifts! (10RM):
Squat: 84 lbs
Bench: 64 lbs
Bent-over row: 64 lbs
SLDL: 114 lbs
Bicep curl: 30 lbs
OHP: 35 lbs
Calf raises: 170 lbs

About two weeks in now and my average weight has gone up to 136.9, which averages nicely to .25/week. Lifts are going well, and I think my NEAT has increased since I was cutting, since my work hours have increased and I'm generally bouncier and more energetic. I'm feeling pretty pleased so far!

Good to hear! Because your NEAT may indeed increase, you may find that your weight gain stalls or that you even lose weight a bit. If that happens a few weeks on a row you know to further up your intake

    Hello :)

Well done on the first weeks! I'm upping calories again myself. More ice cream!!! (at 3100 calories I get to eat a lot of ice cream)

That's a super-nice gain pace you've got going there. Sounds like things are well under control at this point. Nice work! :D

Average calories over the past 2 weeks worked out to about 2200, and my average weight dropped by half a pound. Not sure what's responsible for that, so I'm just going to focus on meeting my 2500 goal and not make any changes for now. Still enjoying All Pro's, and I'm feeling good about everything but OHP lift-wise. Curse you, OHP, and my noodly shoulders too.

The last three months have been more of a recomp than a bulk - only up by a pound. At the end of February I hurt my back (really still not sure how) and wound up essentially taking a month off lifting. I'm back to lifting now, but I need to be better about meeting my calorie goals. Unfortunately my appetite disappears when I'm stressed, and I've had a lot of stress lately.

    Weight: 137.6

    Weight: 137.4
    Current calorie goal: 2500

    Lifts! (10RM):
    Squat: 104 lbs
    Bench: 64 lbs
    Cable row: 75 lbs
    SLDL: 134 lbs
    Bicep curl: 44 lbs
    OHP: 40 lbs
    Calf raises: 104 lbs (one-legged)

I was going to do measurements, but my tape seems to have disappeared.
