Hi, I just joined today

Hello, I am in SE Texas, and have Fibromyalgia, Osteo-Arthritis, nerve damage and diabetes. I seen a lot of positive post on your group, so I joined. I retired from working 13 months ago and have gained 60 pounds. My job was highly active and I just couldn't do it any longer. I am looking for some exercise I can do, even though I am in pain daily! While my weight was down, my diabetes was well under control, but I'm having blood sugar levels near 300 again "it should be 120-180, for those that don't know". Anyhow, I am looking forward to helping and getting help, but most of all support from others who understand how hard it is to lose weight when everything hurts!     I also have Fibromyalgia and was told that water exercises are really good. I started attending aqua class at the gym and it really is starting to help. I was also told that lifting weights with the machines are good and walking.
