I have found that if you follow below EVERYDAY, you can eat anything you want and lose 5-6 lbs / week -
30 min light cardio
30 min Yoga
60 min 5x5 weight training - LOWER
30 min moderate cardio
30 min intense pooping
15 min jerk off
1 min clean up
1 min delete browser history
60 min 5x5 weight training - UPPER
30 min pilates
30 min extreme cardio
15 min shower
Repeat once
It is about a 5.5 hour routine done once, and 11 hours as a circuit. You will be jobless and homeless, but you will look f#cking awesome.0 -
