Ketogenic Diet and Running

In November, I switched over to a Keto diet. Just curious to know if anyone else here is doing this as well and what your results are? It's amazing to me that i can run 18-20 miles on nothing but salt water. I'm cutting body fat too. I'm not really testing for 6 months, but can physically see the difference. I feel amazing. First time in years of eating "healthy" I'm not struggling to get calories in and I want to eat. I over thought my training in December and ran a half using carbs, I was really ill the remainder of the day. Learned my lesson. I switched to this because even though I exercise a lot, ate well - my blood work for insulin resistance came back terrible last winter. I tried vegetarian, and became tired, run down, and miserable. I am a firm believer that not every plan works for every person but this one is really been super so far.
