Hi All
For anyone that enjoys fitness DVD's I went in my local store today and they had different workout dvds available.
There was Jessie Wallace
Kerry Katona
Camilla from Strictly
Clare from Steps
Nadia Swahala
A Pilates one
and a couple of the fit in 5-20 minute.
Our store is quite small so larger ones may have more variety but definitely worth checking out.

Sainsburys are doing an offer on some weight watchers stuff at the minute. I got their double choc chip cookies for 67p! They also have digestive style biscuits and lemon & ginger cookies0
