6 week work out challenge! Who's in?

Alright Ladies! I need a little fitness challenge to get me going hard on working out again. I'm going to work out every weekday for the next 6 weeks & log at least one sweat-worthy physical activity each day. I'm going to take a starting weight & then only weigh-in on Fridays for the duration of the 6 weeks (I get a little scale crazy) and hopefully log some consistent losses. If you want support as you log consistent daily workouts - join in!!

My goal is to get down to 210 by the end of my 6 week challenge which would be a 16 pound loss from my last weigh-in.

    WEEK 1 (226)
    1/13 Monday - Level 1: Day 1 of JM30DS
    1/14 Tuesday - Level 1: Day 2 of JM30DS
    1/15 Wednesday - Scrubbing the carpet in my boys' room (toddler attempted to change his own poopy diaper and UGH. Rough 45 mins)

    I should also have started my period yesterday... I try to wait 3-4 days before I panic, but my baby is only 8 months & I'm still 30 lbs.+ from my last pre-pregnancy weight. I may need help staying calm today... This could just be my thyroid messing with me.

    Ha! You're like me - a couple of hours late and I'm panicking and buying pregnancy tests! Nowadays (I now have five kids) I always keep one in the cupboard to put my mind at ease.

    sounds great!! are you breastfeeding? lots of people don't have periods while breastfeeding so it could be that.. good luck!!

    Period finally started over the weekend. I used to be SO SO SO regular before my babies and now with my thyroid out of whack nothing is regular anymore :/

    Nothing spectacular - hoping for a "jump" in next weeks numbers.

    In addition to my JM30DS Video I added a Trampoline Aerobics/Bootcamp class.

    And the fruits of my labors are.... DOWN 4.4 POUNDS! I was REALLY hoping for a jump like that this week bc my body held on to the weight so strong last week. Hoping for somewhere in the middle next week with a 2ish pound loss.

    2 Weeks down, 4 to go :)
