P90x3 yoga done. I wonder if it will ever get easier or less awkward...
I'm staying in my calorie allowance everyday but haven't lost a pound yet. That's never happened before, but I'm not going to worry just yet. I've never done so much resistance training before. Maybe my muscles are retaining water because they are recovering???
Anyone else experiencing this?

I wouldn't worry about the pounds so early in the program. I remember P90X the first time and I did not see any significant weight change until Week 6 or 7, Plus, wait until the 30-day mark and I bet you see a difference in INCHES as opposed to pounds.
Today I brought my gym clothes to work and went to the base gym. I literally stood on a treadmill for 5 seconds and it felt like I was in a muggy room. Five miles in this? Nope. I went upstairs to the indoor track, which overlooks the treadmills so technically it is in the same room, however I actually move through the air and have a slight feeling of circulation. Plus, there were other runners there I could pass or watch. It takes 35 laps to equal 2 miles, so I ran a total of 88 to get up to 5 miles. I tried using RunKeeper, but the structure of the building degraded my phone's reception and RunKeeper looked like it had a seizure trying to track where I was. FitBit almost nailed it while I used a small click counter to track how many times I ran around the track.
Three weeks almost complete. I have not had a diet cheat day yet. Macronutrients are right around 40c/30p/30f, and I have had only one soda. Couldn't do it without this website and group of folks offering support and advice. Thanks.
Mike
PS. On a side note, this is the day after the Challenge and I think I have PMS....my boobs are sore!0 -
I did The Challenge yesterday as well. I was able to increase my numbers slightly and I sprung for a pull assist band. My form is much better now and no more accidental cheating with the chair. I am a little concerned however that I am NOT sore today. Push ups always make me sore & I figured with better pull up form, I'd have some decent soreness (which I enjoy, makes me feel like I did something worth while).0

I did the Warrior today. It is my first week so I really can't wait until it gets better. A lot of new exercises so I felt like I didn't have the best form.0

I've only lost 0.4lbs and as I'm halfway through Week 3 already I'd be surprised if I saw any significant difference in inches. I am definitely getting stronger though! First week I did the crawly plyo push ups on my knees with nothing even remotely resembling plyo. This week I was able to do them all on my toes and added a bit of a skip on a couple of them. So at least I know I'm progressing, although for the sake of my vanity I would love to be able to SEE it!0
