Just ONE M&M candy holds the same number of calories that it takes the average person to walk the length of a football field. This means that about 17 M&Ms would demand walking one mile! Every bite counts-even the small ones!
I Love Jillian Michael's Junk Food Rules:
-If it's a nonfood, don't eat it!
-The longer it lasts on the shelf, the worse it is for you.
-Never eat anything with the words hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils/fats in the list of ingredients
-Avoid refined sugars and high-fructose corn syrup (sometimes labeled HFCS) at all costs.
-Never eat any food product that has been "enriched."
Make healthy choices, not for satisfaction.
'It's not that I can't eat that. I'm making the healthier choice not to.'
