Anyone doing the EOD/ADD/JUDDD?

Hi, I am looking for friends doing the EOD/ADD.
I have decided to try this way of eating as I used to fast (in and unsafe and totally uncontrolled manner) in my early 20s.
I have joined the JUDDD group as it is more or less the same thing just older than Dr Varady's new book, but although this is only my first week I have found it surprizingly effortless.
I would really like to be able to get and give support from others doing the same.
