Blueberry-Pineapple Protein Shake - Combine 1 cup low-fat milk (my favorite is Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla- ONLY 30 calories in a cup!), 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, and 1/4 cup frozen pineapple in a blender; puree until smooth! (140 calories). Adding organic plain greek yogurt is yummy, also! - What is your favorite healthy smoothie?
