    Tomorrow = rough. Wine tasting. Birthday cake for friend - my own fault as I made it, As written, over 900 calories a slice (made my jaw drop). I made some modification and reduced the serving size (sorry, dear, low fat cream cheese in the frosting, a little less southern comfort and you get only 4 layers not 6) and brought it down to around 600. We shall see - back to Jazzercise tomorrow.

    OH Yeah Girl.....Jazzercise those layers off one song at a time!! Get down and boogie!! :laugh:

    I finding it easier to adjust my diet when my husband has the urge for for eating out. You almost always can find something that's healthy! It's been 3 weeks almost and slowly I'm aproaching my goal weight!

    YAHOO!! To the goal weight!! Knew you had in it you all the time!! :drinker:

    Somehow made it without jazzercise (but had to do 30 minutes on the stationary bike when I got home). The cake was totally worth it. :wink:
