Whew, today was a close one. We visited some friends tonight, and you can't turn down tea without being rude, so I went over my calorie budget. But, even though we got home late, I put in 10 extra minutes on the exercise bike to stay under my calorie goal. Trying to stay on track!!0 -

Swam a half mile and did a 35 minute circuit so it was a great exercise day. Tomorrow is circuit only but it'll be longer. No parties or holiday foods so far this month so the challenge is much easier than Nov and Dec.0 -
