Hey folks Friday's Results

UK - 17284
USA - 14416

It seems that we've stepped off the gas a little and our numbers are lower than the last challenge, I can only speak for myself here but I'll see the challenge out today as I started it! Determined to go out with a bang!!

    I too would like to go out with a bang, but considering all I've been up for is a sputter in my own mind I shall simply do my best and enjoy the burn while it lasts. :laugh:

    I wonder if perhaps we were a week too early? I've not been entirely back to my normal routine this week, and lost all of today taking my son back to uni, so I've driven 450 miles and had not much exercise (but will do some before I go to bed, as much as anything to switch off from driving and make sure I sleep!). I've burned about 9,000 cal this week so far, and had hoped to be well over 10,000. Either way, it's been a great experience and I hope we have another one soon!

    Great work to both teams!!!! A great start for the new year and hope everyone keeps it up!!!! Well....maybe not the over-the-top burns like in the challenge.....but good burns nonetheless!!!! Best of luck to everyone!!!
