    I can't believe this happened but I went over my calories by 65. Guess I'm out :(

    Nooooo...go for a walk, or do some stretching......:cry:

    Much easier today than yesterday! Might be able to go swimming on Wednesday - my preferred exercise but I never have enough time.

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? yes head finally feeling better! 45 min

    So sorry Be about the pain. :brokenheart: I know all too well about that!!! Seems like the older I get the more familiar I get with pain!! UGH!! :grumble:

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? yep, walked 73 min tracked via RunKeeper and Leslie Sansone's 1 mile jog (15 min I think it was)

    Did I do mini challenge? Yup, 50 jumping jacks in the book

    Less than 20 min walk will burn them off... Don't give up!!! Pop to the shops and you're back within budget :smile:
