Lap band to Sleeve

Hi everyone,.
I had my band since Aug 2012 & was able to lose about 90 pounds. However, my band has partially slipped 3 times since last April. Most recently, I spent 15 hours in the emergency room while on vacation in NY (I live in CO). When I came back to CO, my surgeon confirmed that the best option was to remove the band & agreed that the sleeve would be a good option (my choice).
She gave me liquid vicodin to take as needed until my surgery date, this Thursday (16th). I start my liquid diet tomorrow & am quite anxious about the removal & revision to the sleeve.
Has anyone else here had this done before?
Any feebback would be appreciated.
