All,
As you join the group, it would be really helpful if you would email to me personally (daveraber@verizon.net): 1. Your name, 2. your email address, 3. your myfitnesspal log-in name. These are not likely the same, and it's hard to tell who's who.
Of course if you prefer not to put that information out there, that's your prerogative and fine too.
