I have posted Jump roping before but this is a short workout. So, if you don't have time you can do this or you can do it twice for 20 minutes of hard core not including the warm-up and cool-down. this can be more fun because you can do this with your kids!

    No hopping or jumping for me (at least not big ones) my ankle still can't handle it. But I can run and eat carrots!
