2014 ~ 21 Day M.B.S. RESET

Welcome to the 21 DAY M.B.S. Reset Group

During this 21 Day MBS our aim is to reset the clock spiritually, physically, emotionally & practically. This tool will help us our physical goals while on the DANIEL Fast. It's a wonderful tool that will help you monitor the amount of protein you consume daily, which is very important because many of us aren't use to NOT having meat on our plates.

The 1st 3 days are the most crucial days of a fast of this magnitude and are probably the toughest, especially since most of us didn't gradually ween ourselves off of our regular foods.

Here are a few things to keep in mind during this time:

A. You may experience headaches - Remedies:
1) Ginger Tea - 1" ginger root in 1cup boiling water (drink w/o sugar)
2) Peppermint Oil (Sprouts/Henry's, Mother's Market) rub along your hairline.

B. Refrain from strenuous exercise. Brisk Walking or Stretching exercises are recommended. the link below is very helpful.
