Niacin deficiency? Help!!

Hi!
I know I'm sensitive to wheat, but have been doing the no wheat thing since the 90's, so I'm not sure if I'd have a true positive for celiac-sprue anyway. The blood test came back positive, but the scope came back clean, presumably because I'd stopped obliterating my gut years ago.
I do have a question for the group, since this group doesn't include fortified wheat products in our diets. I also don't eat red meat. Have any of you been diagnosed with a niacin deficiency as a result of changing your diet to a wheat-free one? I'm debating going to the doctor to get it checked but want to make sure it's not all in my head before wasting the 3 hours in the office, then another 2 hours getting blood drawn, plus all of the co-pays and deductibles...
Please feel free to send me a private message to respond.
