Introductions

Hi - I have just signed up for the first time to the 12wbt for round 1 2014. I'm looking forward to getting a new lease on life in my weight loss journey as I feel like I've got stale and stalled in the last six months. I've signed up for the intermediate group - hopefully that's the right place for my fitness level. I can't wait to get started!

    Hi, my name is Veronica,

    I live in Melbourne, I have been using my fitness pal for 390 days and have lost 44 kgs. I have 13kgs left to lose and lots of toning. I am pretty unfit as ive lost all my weight without doing much exercise at all so the next step for me is to get fit and toned.

    If anyone is in a similar situation feel free to add me :)

    My name is Alex, 29 year old Melbourne girls. Mainly looking to improve my diet and fitness. If I lose weight too it will be a bonus.

    I've already started cleaning up my diet, can't wait to start!

    Hi everyone, I'm Pink Penny from the forums. My goal this round has everything to do with keeping a food diary... it's been the big baddie sitting in the back of the cupboard and I'm ready to tackle it. Great to have found the 12WBT group here for some extra support.

    What group has everyone signed up for? I'm down for weight loss intermediate. I've been trying a few of the recipes and enjoying them, I can't wait to also tackle the exercise program!

    Hi Everyone, I have completed two official rounds of 12wbt and to date have lost 10kg, nearly all in the 1st round. I did get down another 3.7kg but I have been really slack and let myself fall into bad habits. Although I am not officially signed up for this round (I hope that is ok), I am going to do my 1st round of last year over again and would love to connect with others doing the program. It is a fantastic program and you really get out of it what you put in. Now its time for me to refocus and commit to losing my last 10kg. Enjoy your journey :happy:
  • Hi guys this is my 5th round...yeppppp 5th Round. I have used my fitness pal before and know it works. I'm up to my 5th round for various reasons. Mainly though because you cant out train a bad diet. I'm guilty of not following the eating plan. This time it has to be different. In total I have lost 11 kilos in the past on 12wbt but have put back on 3 of those which I'm so hoping to move. I'm sitting just outside my healthy weight range and want so badly to get in the healthy range. I'm 40 in 6 months time and I so badly want to be healthy and 40...lets do this together.
