Hello all,

I am so excited, I received my surgery date today and it is set for March 28, 2014. I have to get my vitamins and follow this high protein low carbohydrate diet 10 days before surgery.

    Thanks so much, I have to call my insurance company and find out if they pay for the blood thinner I will have to take and I have to stop by a GNC and pick up my vitamins but other than that I am truly ready and excited about embarking on my new life.

    You mean the high protein low carb lifestyle you will live the rest of your new skinny life!! :) I recommend the lean cuisine steak tips Portobello as a perfect example of the amount and ratio of food you will be eating once you transition. only $1.97 at walmart. only 150 calories so it fits great into your calorie limits.
