I am new to the mfp and would love to have some friends to add for inspiration. Also, those who have been here a while any suggestions on this site? Any suggestions for my weight loss journey?

My name is Shala and I gained a considerable amount of weight with my 3 pregnancies. I have lost 40lbs so far and need to lose a lot more.

    Shala, I am in the same boat. I need some friend and people for inspiration and encouragement. I will send you an add request. I have a long journey ahead and it will be nice to have people along the way the know what I am going through.
