Good Afternoon Everyone!

I hope everyone is as excited as I am for this year’s Healthy Challenge to be up and going! Excited minus measuring the body fat percentage and BMI today, OUCH!

But never fear! Ask the risk of sound cheesy, one of the best things about this is that we are all in this together. Even though we are still competing, we have a 95% success rate already! How do I know this? Take a gander at this interesting article I found (http://www.rd.com/health/diet-weight-loss/the-best-way-to-lose-weight/) by Reader’s Digest about losing weight with a support group. It draws up some different studies that have shown that people who make commitments to lose weight or get healthy as part of a group are much more successful than the people who go it alone. So be excited, because we are all off to a great start!

Tomorrow, we have an activity scheduled for 2PM. I’m thinking a nice walk (inside to avoid the air) will do us all some good because hey, every journey begins with a single step am I right? RIGHT?!?!?!? RIGHT!!!!!! Let’s meet outside of clinic. Totally optional but we would love to see your faces if you can make it!
