As the title says, first child is now starting to actually sleep (huzzah!) so I can get back in shape!
I'd really appreciate some adds from UK MFPers!
I'm quite sedentary, so eating right is my main method of control although I do walk about 4 miles a day to and from work.
Set myself a 1,100kcal deficit which I'm achieving quite well and have lost a further 3Kgs in the past week So progress is happening!
Drop me an add, keep me motivated so I can squeeze every second out of my time here to spend with my little one

Jealous! How did you manage that triumph? I have two and if it's not my oldest (just turned two) it's my 9 month old!0
