    I am the same on the clothes. Too tight and many don't fit. Too bad I say to myself, stick with the diet and you have a really good wardrobe waiting. Suck it up and do the hard work and the reward will be fitting back into all my clothes. I am a yo-yoer after my major loss in 2007. The good news is I let it get up 12 pounds, too much but not the whole weight I had lost. But this time I have to not go up at all! Weight watchers makes you maintain within 2 pounds and that will be my goal once I achieve my goal weight.

    I'm assuming this is the week 3 weigh-in thread?

    Down another pound:

    SW when I joined MFP: 264
    CW: 243
    GW for the 90 days: 235
    FGW: 150 (*or* 160-170 if it's muscular/toned...I'll revisit this when I get a lot closer to goal...)
