Hello All,
I am trying to find a good time to juice. Was just looking for some ideas or suggestions as what could be the best time to juice and drink the juice?
When do you guys juice? When do you drink it?
My plan is to juice early morning and take it along with me on work and drink it pre-lunch, since I prefer taking some milk and protein cereals as my breakfast after working out.
However I am not able to do it regularly as to juice in the morning I will have to wake up around 5:00am or early as I leave home by 6:00am.
Is it good and healthy to store the juice in refrigerator night before and carry it on the next day? What do you guys prefer?

I'm a total noob, so this is pure preference - I make a jug of juice (about 32oz so 4 cups usually) in the morning and usually drink it from morning to afternoon until its gone and make a fresh batch the next day. I eat as well though, not just 100% juicing.0

Nutrition-wise, you should be good to store it for 24 hrs. Glass might be preferable over plastic container. I never liked it, if it wasn't' fresh, but, was able to make fresh all day.

I just started but I read about the storage since I can't drink it fresh at work. I make breakfast, 2 snacks and lunch the night before. You can store it for 12-24 hours in preferably a glass jar. I put mine in 16oz mason jars. The less air that is in the juice container the better. How long you can store the juice will depend on your juicer as well. Slow juicers are better for storing.0

Thanks guys for replying!! Even I just started juicing and make the juice the night before. However its becoming difficult for me to consume it during the day hours. I have breakfast around 8:30 am after working out, lunch around 11:30 am and I need some hot drink tea/coffee around 3:00pm to concentrate on work. Only time I am left with is evening/dinner.
Does the juice need to be taken on any specific time? Is it fine if I take it in evenings instead of morning?
The main reason for me taking the juice is to include more veggies/fruits in my daily life as I don't eat them raw esp. veggies.0 -
Meal timing is apparently irrelevant. When you consume it should not affect anything. Unless you're gulping down 32 oz of juice, and hitting the sack... you might find yourself having to get up a few times in the night. Thanks guys for replying!!
