A quick Question....

Ok, so I've been down with strep the past 2 days, which means I've taken 2 unplanned "rest" days. (Which, in hindsight, explains why day 6 was so very hard for me! LOL) I'm about to start back up, which, is where my question lies...

Do I count today as day 7, and do 3 more days of level one?
Do I count today as day 9, and finish up the level?
Or, do I need to start all over?

I attempted this in November and slacked off and made excuses, so I didn't get results. I want to get the best results that I can.

During my "rest" days, I was under calories both days. First day, I didn't do anything! LOL 2nd day involved a lot of "running" around. (Doctors, store, etc.)

So, any advice you ladies have would be great! Thanks girls!!!

    I would say count it as Day 7. From what I understand, Jillian herself recommends taking a day (or was it 2 days? Can't remember) 'off' in between each 30DS day to do just straight cardio.

    I remember reading an interview where she said it's not actually 30 days (it's more coz of the 'off' days), but she just named it 30DS coz it's catchier. Lol.
