    Going pretty good here. Went to a baby shower with lost of snacky foods and didn't munch, only sipped on water and had a good lunch when I got home. Enjoying the quiet while my kids nap and will get in my workout tonight.

    It's a tad more challenging to keep at it with all the free time but that challenge is becoming more and more fun to take on!
