Good morning everyone!
My day has started out pretty good! I'm down another couple 10th's of a pound this morning, which make me feel great! I also had my city league volleyball game last night (which we won, BTW) and I felt great during and after the game!
I have my food all pretty much planned out for the whole day, which gives me confidence. I am a little nervous about tomorrow however, My in-law's are taking us out to breakfast. I have already looked at the menu online, and picked out what I want. But it's really hard because they don't have the caloires listed. Also, tomorrow night is our Wine and Cheese Party. There's no way I can log everything I eat there, so I'm just am going to have to take it easy and go lighter on the calories during the first part of my day!
How is everyone ele doing today?

Hiya. Well done on the loss.
Im having a bit of a down day today. I just feel guilty on the days that i cant manage to excercise that i shouldnt really eat much. I will only be over my calories by a couple of hundered and i had that many left yesterday but i still feel bad. I also know that we need a day off every now and then i just dont like seeing the red on the calories.
