Morning everyone!
Is everyone pumped for the weigh-in this week? I am! Slow and steady, darlings...
My discussion topic for today is: What new things have you learnt about what constitutes a healthy lifestyle since you started this journey?
I've learnt that my portion sizes were ALL wrong. Eating 'healthy' foods, but eating three times the recommended portion, isn't going to help lose weight! i've since started weighing and measuring all my food. Also, that movement is the most important part of a healthy lifestyle.
What have you learnt?

Definitely portion control too!
I'm hoping so much that having a pretty good week will show up on the scale!!
Yesterday I wanted sushi so bad, today I'm like not worth it!0 -
I've learned its not what you eat, it's how much you eat. I can still enjoy some of the foods I love but in moderation.
Oh and I'm super excited to hop on the scale tomorrow *crosses fingers for @ least a 1.5 loss*0
