I'm IN for the physical mini challenge (modified) and AM continuing with the 50 daily jumping jacks :bigsmile:

I'm doing good with this one... I've been very disciplined on the food front, but there would probably be a slip-up
Fine with the push-ups, and as far as resolutions, mine was to start running a bit more this year. I thought I would start slow (30 minute bouts)... so I have given myself the "mini" challenge of running 31 minutes for 31 days in January. Day 21 and I'm still in. Some days I've even "cheated" and run 50/60 minutes :drinker:

OMG!! You should be soooo proud of yourself. That is sooooo AWESOME!! :drinker: My sister has been trying to quit and just is having the hardest time. We started with a challenge...for every pound I lost she had to stop one cigarette (she is way to skinny so didn't need to lose anymore). Needless to say I kept losing but she couldn't stop. She has tried all kinds of stuff and nothing works for her. High Five to you girl!! :noway: :smokin:0 -
