How long for keto adaptation

I just started a keto diet 18 days ago and I noticed my energy level dropped. I can get through the day as usual but I don't have extra energy for running and I can only push through about half the time I used to.

Anyone else with this experience? I'm also trying to loose weight at the same time, so I do have a caloric deficit.

How long did it take you to be able to feel like you could run at the preketo level?

    I'm a few days behind you! I also feel very low in energy and can't wait to get to bed, beginning at 8am every morning, hahaha!
    I'm wondering how you're holding up? Did the magical keto adaptation unicorn come deem you worthy of being in it's kingdom yet?! I'm finding no willingness or energy for my long workouts either. I'm punking out of workouts way earlier into them than I ever used to! Good luck and keep us posted!
