Support in Recovery

I'm not entirely sure the my fitness pal is the best thing for recovery but since I'm on here I want to make it as positive of a community as possible. If anyone wants to be a part of a positive pro-recovery support system feel free to add me and I'll add anyone who comments here

    I think it is a good idea! I am using MFP mostly to keep track with my structured eating/meal plan.
    I can always use more support from other in the same boat!

    that's what i'm doing too! mainly making sure that i have enough protein and fats each day since those are things that i normally struggle with
