We made it through week 1! Now it is time to get those scales out and see how we did! Please post on here your Previous Weight (Starting Weight) and Current weight (Today's weigh in). Please use the following format:

My SW or PW was 127.5
CW is 126.2
I won't be able to weigh in until next Thursday the 30th next due to work related travel (no scale!). Eating within calorie goals will be a challenge. My fitness has been going well. I hope everyone is making progress!0 -
I hope it's okay I weighed in today, I don't like changing my weigh in day once I have one

It was my own fault...too much eye balling food measurements, fighting off a virus and my husband's birthday. I should have, and will this week, tried harder. My energy is finally getting a little better so I am looking forwards to better workouts this week. I will also make sure I weigh/measure everything.
