Two great things happened to me today, I finally landed in Onederland and my doctor cut my BP meds in half and eliminated a drug I've been taking for my stomach since I was very ill almost two years ago. She was thrilled with my weight loss and the improvement I've seen in my back since I started swimming and exercising again.
Swam for 50 minutes this morning and then an hour circuit class tonight. Tomorrow's my gym day off so my little Penny Lane will get to go to the park for her walk.0 -

Office meeting followed by trip to the dentist = late for Jazzercise. Was able to complete 3/4 of the class and got to dance with my husband (there is one dance that messes us up so we just swing dance instead).0 -
