I need to start feeling better! I am starting a raw cleanse today - if anyone would like to join me here for regular check-ins and support.

I have been intrigued by raw diets for awhile and look forward to reading more posts in this group later when I have more time.

    Hi there,
    I hope all is going well on your cleanse. I started one on Monday and doing well. How long are you doing it for? I want to do raw for the next 18lbs weight loss. Maybe we can support one another.

    I'll be here for moral support for you both! I'm a raw vegan, so my cleanse is pretty much daily with no expiration date.
