Today I'm back on track after gaining weight on Sunday (for reasons unknown). I am disappointed from losing our city league volleyball game last night, but at least it burned calories! Tonight I'm planning on going to the gym to do BodyAttack (sooo hard!). I've also achieved 20 days of logging in in a row, awesome!
I am also thinking about changing gears a little bit as far as my workouts go, I mainly do cardio, but I think I'm going to shift into doing more strength workouts to build muscle. I've also purchased Jillian Michael Killer Abs DVD which I am going to start doing. I usually avoid both strength workouts and ab workouts, so I'm hoping to get some results by starting this new "program".
Has anyone tried this DVD before? Anyone have good results when starting strength training when you haven't done it before? I'm a little nervous since I'm a beginner...
How is everyone else doing today?
