Hi everyone, I have been at a plateau in my weight loss journey with my lap band since around Thanksgiving. I have been banded just a little over a year. Is anyone else finding they are just teeter tottering on the scale??

    I just recently got banded, so I have not experience any this yet. I was happy to see this group because I am sure it will help with my journey.
