Nervous about eating out.

Hello everyone,

I'm going to be eating out for the first time since getting back on the MFP bandwagon (I don't want to fall off anymore :) )

I plan out on eating at Subway. I'm going to get the footlong turkey and ham sandwich. Problem is I usually go overboard when eating out, but I'm putting this post here, so I can have some accountability for what I'm eating. Eating out is such a weakness for me. I know with God's grace I can do this.

I'm going to be getting tea instead of coffee as well. And no chips. I guess tomorrow will be a splurge but not one that makes me go over my set calories.

Of course I could always eat half of the sandwhich one day and eat the other half the next day!!!
