You can do more if you feel up to it.. But this all you need to do to do the challenge remember you CANT count the ones in other workouts you do..

My back is killing me from yesterday's exercises, so today's was a nightmare. Bicycle crunches nearly did me in, HAHA!
Thankful to be done with them. Urgh...
We should do burpees or standing twists!0
