blood sugar

hey everyone just a quick question. While i was pregnant with my last daughter i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. It seemed to subside after i gave birth but suddenly the other day it started up again. Im not sure if its because im not taking in enough calories with the workout i am doing. But I woke up a few days ago to my sugar being 56 (if you dont know what that means, when it gets to the 30s or 40s you can start having seizures and fall into a coma) so i was definitely freaked out and also disappointed.... its very hard to loose weight when you have issues with sugar because even if you arent hungry you have to eat.....I struggled with it my entire pregnancy and ended up gaining a lot of weight because i really didnt know how to regulate it. im hoping that this was just a one time thing and that this wont keep happening......im just wondering if anyone else struggles with some sort of glucose problem and can share their thoughts and their experiences.
thankyou

Good morning! I'm not an expert or anything, but here's my little blurb (lol)
I was diabetic during my pregnancy 5 years ago and I can remember how awful it was - I definitely don't want to relive that experience! I had to constantly watch my blood sugar and eat all sorts of weird "diabetic" food and it was a pain. Both of my parents also have hypothyroidism and I've seen their struggles with weight, but neither has ever had issues with blood sugar.
I took a quick look at your diary and I'd say that it might just be that you're not eating enough - you've had over 1,000 calories left over each day for at least the past three days and that might have a lot to do with it. You're workouts are crazy awesome, but you also need to feed your body to keep it strong since you're burning so much off each day.
Again, I'm no expert, but that's my thoughts. You're doing awesome and I hope these issues resolve themselves soon!0
