how to continue turbofire during TOM?

hi friends.. i just wanted to ask how do you people manage to do turbofire or any other intense exercise during tom? its soo uncomfortable and yet i regret leaving my program midway :||.. i am only done with one week ..

    There may be a day that I don't feel like working out during TOM. But mostly I am fine.
  • It is funny you ask this question because I was pondering the same exact thing. My Turbo Fire is already on it's way in the mail and I am thinking ahead to TOM. I suffer every month from excruitiating cramps and so on. I guess if anything it might alleviate the symptoms if we push through.. hopefully?!?! haha That is looking at the bright side anyways!

    i find some poses difficult to do actually :/ its not about the pain its about being uncomfortable like hell -_-

    I use doTERRA's Clarycalm to get a handle on my TOM symptoms. It's a little spendy, but when I didn't have a single cramp during my last period I called it a success! You can pick it up from any doTERRA rep, but I have a website myself! www.mydoterra.com/adhd
