    My mile is in today. No new recipes or updates.

    Optional Physical Mini-Challenge:
    Walk at least 1 mile every day this week. Walked 6.14 on treadmill.

    Optional Food Mini-Challenge:
    Try at least 3 new recipes this week. Nothing new today!!

    Give us updates on your resolutions. 29 days ~ NO SODA!!

    Walk at least 1 mile every day this week.....I walked at least a mile at work with all the running around I ended up doing...DONE!!!
