Hi UK MFP

Started MFP back in November and love my progress so far. I haven't been working out because i just don't get motivated enough for the gym but i want to find someone in the area who perhaps goes to the gym that can help motivate me along as well, even if it's only for 30mins.

Because of my job, i can only go to the gym after 5pm and i can only afford max £30pm right now.

There's a really cheap gym in the college, with entrance on Nuttall St between Hoxton St and Kingsland Rd. If I remember correctly, even day passes were really cheap and they sell memberships by the month.

Whoops. Entrance on Falkirk St, not Nuttall St. It's in the community college.

hi I'm live in De Beauvior town unusually I to Britania sport centre or just run around. I may try gym in hackney college tho

There is a place called frame that does looks of exercise classes, not sure about the price though.

It was maybe three years ago when I enquired about gym prices at the Hackney Community College but they struck me as very cheap, and they didn't tie you into long contracts. I ended up choosing the rather pricier option of Market Sports within the Shoreditch Triangle because it is marginally closer to where I live. With a corporate discount using a salary sacrifice scheme Market Sports is £55 a month, but the shortest contract is six months.

I do still have two free day passes to Market Sports anyone would be welcome to. A leftover from when I had house guests. PM me if you would like to collect one.

hiya, try the fit4less gym website.. i go to the branch in north west london and only pay £20 a month and theres no contract and you can go any time and classes are included. x
