Good Afternoon!
After the weigh-ins this morning, here is the biggest loser leader board, determined by percentage:
• 1st Place- Jacke Corbett
• 2nd Place- Spencer Lowe
• 3rd Place- Jennifer Strege

I wanted to pass on a website that I really like, SkinnyMs . It has all kinds of recipes, which are easy to prepare and call for simple ingredients. I have not been disappointed with any of the things that I have tried, and many of the recipes use the slow cooker, which is nice for those of us who work full-time.
The other reason I love this site, is for their quick, no nonsense work-outs. There are many Tabata workouts listed that can be done without equipment, requiring only a timer and a little space to move around in. They also have YouTube videos to show the exercise that they are talking about. There is quite a bit of research showing the benefits of high intensity interval training. I like that it is only 4 minutes long, and that I feel the burn for the whole day.
Does anyone else have any favorite websites for recipes or exercise ideas?
