    The one that prompted my initial post, though, is the repeat offender.

    You need to take a pic of his license plate and car and call the police. This is scary.

    I am planning to do that. I appreciate the suggestion, as for some reason, it didn't occur to me. I just haven't had a good vibe when he goes by, but none of the others have concerned me.
