Hi Everyone! Great work both of you! And huge kudos to Zanne - it is soooo cold down in Ohio so I cannot imagine what it's like up there. I'm loving p90x3 and highly recommend it to anyone considering it.

Week 1 - 175.2
Week 2 - 174.6
Week 3 - 175.0
Week 4 - 173.4
Week 5 - 173.0
Down 1.8 pounds for challenge.
I hear you on the cold weather. It's freezing here. My exercise equipment is in our garage and it is just insanely cold in there. It's been almost -40 c and even just over that a couple days (it was down to -36 f for those of you in the US). My husband and I decided to wait until it warms up to go back to lifting. We don't have anywhere in the house to keep the equipment, so since we both are having some issues with our neck/back and the cold we are giving it a rest. I'm OK with it, but a bit disappointed because I was enjoying it. I can't wait for spring!0 -
Hi there! This week has been challenging for me. I have worked out well but, I had lots of bloat due to TOM. so here it is:
Sw--142 lbs
WK 1-140 lbs
WK 2-137 lbs
WK 3-135 lbs
WK 4-133 lbs
WK 5-133 lbs
Total challenge loss: -9 lbs
Exercise for the WK: 267 minutes
Major congrats to everyone for your loses and for staying committed this week! See you next WK! ;-)0 -
Starting: 170 Goal: 155
Last week: 168.5 - I didn't log here last week because I'd been stuck and discouraged and just didn't bother. / Minutes: 126
This week: 166! finally seeing some movement on the scale, it's been between 168 and 173 since the holidays. New low!
But my minutes this week sucked. 60! Ugh. I started a full-time internship and have been doing 30 day shred to make sure I get *some* exercise in but it's been hard. But then, maybe the scale is saying I needed a break from the 5-6 days/wk working out. I still have to do my workout today so that'll bump my weekly up to 90-120 at least.
I feel for you all in the cold weather! I'm in FL and it's really chilly for us... like 60 at the warmest. lol0 -

January 25, 2014: 238 lbs Exercise: 200mins
Total weight loss: 5lbs0 -
Down 0.8 this week so 186 now. No gym and eating at TDEE so I think finally have baselines established for intake. Have to see what things look like after next week since 'm back in the gym with no more snowed in days! Was overscheduled last week in addition so I put my gym time on the schedule and that should fix things.
Shooting to hit 250 leg press this week and since I have 2 legs days I might even be able to break that should be a fun week!0 -
SW 84.1 kg
CW 83.1kg
Total lost 1 kg
It's still going down just really really slowly - I am keen to get back to my pre-Christmas weight of 82.5 so that my ticker can start moving again
Unfortunately after doing so well on the exercise last week I have done 0 minutes this week as I have been very unwell. I am hoping to get back into some exercise again soon even if it's just walking, but need to get well first.
On the plus side, NO DIET COKE at all!!!!! That is a massive thing for me and I am hoping that I can now keep off it for good! One of the good things about not feeling well:-)
Here's to next week - good work everyone!

SW 153
CW 151
Exercise 285 minutes of walking.
I have come down 1 pound in one month, but at least I haven't gained. It's definitely more difficult to maintain calories when the scale doesn't move for so long. I hope it starts moving faster soon. I can't complain about the weather either because down here in sunny south Florida it was very sunny and in the low 70's reason enough to be outdoors and doing stuff.
Congrats to everyone who is losing and battling the frigid cold. I think I would just hibernate if it ever got really cold.0 -

Apologies for being very late to the party this week! Last weekend I was having "fun" painting... although I did weigh, but no loss. Hopefully can get the scales to budge a little more by this coming weekend.
Congratulations to everyone on the losses. Keep up the great work.
