Knees

I have messed up my left knee because I have a terrible habit of bringing my knees inward as I ascend on my squats, I am aware of this and have been trying to correct it, but obviously haven't done a good enough job of it so far.
My knee has been very swollen since my last lifting session on Thursday, it's not as bad today but am feeling some twinges of pain now as well....and am 'feeling' something in my other knee now. :frown:
Just a warning to tell you all how important good form is!!

Ouch! I hope you get that checked out and that it isn't anything major. I broke my left knee in a car accident a few years ago and my quads are still not up to par compared to my right quads. this affects strength, coordination, hips, mobility....you name it. It sucks and I've had to pay extra attention to form because of this. Keep us posted.0

My knees have been a little sore and I too have noticed myself not keeping my knees out as i ascend and am trying to correct it. It prob is that that has affected me knees so I'm going to be more mindful from now on0

Be careful hon, you don't want to injure yourself and not be able to workout, it's depressing!0 -
I think we need some kind of expandable brace to put between our knees to help keep them out! it's such a consistent form challenge for everyone..0

That's actually something the goblet squat can be really good at. Since the weight/your arms are between your knees, you HAVE to keep them out!
I find a few 15-20s hold in the bottom position with a light weight before you go down and do your bar work can help loosen up the hips and get that movement pattern down a lil better0
