Thanks to all the ladies on the check-in thread for the tips on going parallel. I did the elbow-knee stretches and widened my stance and pointed my feet out and...I did it! It was no joke though. Like a whole 'nother exercise. I hope I can keep up with the added weight each time. I'll deal with that when it comes. For now, I'm just excited about getting down. Thanks again!

    Yay! :drinker: I use to love squats, until I started doing them properly lol. Now it's a love/hate relationship.Congrats!!

    Yay! You may need to drop the weight and work back up, it is hard but better for your knees ;-)
