Hey, did anyone else have a hard time keeping on track this weekend? I stayed in my calories, but I ate bad stuff! I think it was ok for the one time, but I bed I would get sick if I did it all the time. I feel like I ONLY want to eat that way though. Anyone else struggling like this? Trying to eat the same way they did before, but just eat less? I know it isn't a way to change my life, and therefore I wont do it! Does anyone have any ideas for healthy snacks that might help me along?
